Our homes need to have the capability to function as more than just a gathering/living space. The renovation needed to have ample seating for a family of five in the kitchen, added storage, a well defined entryway and laundry area, as well as address their needs for space that could be used as a home classroom and office. Hosting a greater array of activities requires a greater degree of flexibility and adaptability. Which the new design supplies in spades. In seeking clever ways to conceal personal and household items, we are creating a direct link between organization and productivity. With clients more inclined to stay at home, the significance of kitchens pantries and drink stations, message boards, larger fridges and built-in appliances become more necessary. The home offices moved away from the main gathering area but is still part of the action at the front of the house.
