Adding to the complexity, the bathroom renovation was located on the second floor of a completely renovated house!

While the clients main desire was an open and updated space, the wish list was compelling, from a renovation point of view. More space was needed to fill the desired outcome, but there was nowhere to go. All the necessary plumbing was to be moved. The original family bathroom was pretty roomy, but the layout was so awkward that a toilet served as a focal point.
