This is a space where the owners can feel just as much as a king or queen as they can a jester; just as easily fall asleep, as they can wake up and start their day.
Square Footage have, on two occasions, have done renovations for us. The first time was a smaller job but the second involved re-building the entire first floor of the older home we purchased on [a] lake. We were prepared to use local contractors because of logistics but Frankie and John would not hear of it. Not only did they do a phenomenal job but worked out the travelling, etc., all within the time frame required. I firmly believe that Square Footage will do anything it takes to get the job done and done well.
