Downsizing from a house to a condo doesn’t always have to mean downsizing on functionality too. This galley-style, condo kitchen had great bones, so we kept its basic layout and removed anything unnecessary. The biggest example being the preexisting bulkheads. By removing these elements we were able to provide much more storage and overhead space. A new lighting plan and clean white cabinetry — punctuated by the bright-blue bench seating in the adjoined eating area — make this kitchen feel modern, spacious and inviting.
